BRAVE project activities and final documentation process

As part of the BRAVE project activities and final documentation process, we also collected and added a series of video testimonies created by the three participants who took part in the mobility in Iași, Romania. These videos served as an important qualitative component of our evaluation and dissemination strategy. Through them, participants shared their authentic experiences, personal reflections, and impressions of the training programme.

Each participant recorded a short video describing how the BRAVE mobility contributed to their personal and professional development. They reflected on their initial expectations, the challenges they faced during the sessions, and the specific tools and techniques that helped them overcome communication anxiety. Participants spoke about their engagement with Virtual Reality Therapy simulations, AI-driven speech analysis, group activities, and practical workshops, explaining how these innovative methods supported them in developing confidence and clarity in public speaking.

The videos also captured the emotional dimension of the learning process. Participants described moments when they overcame stage fright, when they successfully delivered speeches in simulated environments, and when they felt progress through personalised feedback. They highlighted how the immersive environment in Iași enabled them to step outside their comfort zones and practise communication skills they previously struggled with.

In addition, participants shared their impressions of the host organisation, the collaborative learning atmosphere, and the cultural experience of spending a training week in Romania. They emphasised the value of exchanging ideas with trainers and peers, as well as the importance of observing best practices from another European institution. Many expressed appreciation for the structured approach, the supportive environment, and the practical nature of the workshops.

These video reflections provided authentic insights into the mobility’s impact. They demonstrated:

  • Increased confidence in public speaking

  • Clear improvements in vocal delivery, posture, and communication techniques

  • Reduced anxiety when speaking in front of others or within virtual environments

  • A stronger sense of motivation and empowerment

  • Enhanced digital skills through hands-on use of VR and AI tools

The videos also served as a powerful dissemination tool. By sharing their stories, participants contributed to raising awareness about the BRAVE project within our organisation and the wider community. The testimonies showcased the real benefits of international mobility and demonstrated how Erasmus+ opportunities can transform adult learning experiences.
