The Erasmus+ project AI Skills Hub – Adult Education in Digital Competences, project number 2025-1-BG01-KA210-ADU-000358572, has been officially approved.
The project will be implemented from 31 December 2025 to 29 June 2027 by three partner organisations:

- EDU TECH GRYPHON DISCOVERIES, Romania
- Fundacja FOTON, Poland
The partnership officially began its joint work during the first Transnational Project Meeting, held in Bulgaria on 18–19 March 2026. The meeting brought together representatives of the three organisations to discuss the project objectives, responsibilities, implementation plan and upcoming activities.
During the meeting, the partners also selected the official AI Skills Hub project logo. The chosen visual identity combines the concept of artificial intelligence with colourful digital circuits, representing innovation, connectivity, digital learning and cooperation. The subtitle, “Adult Education in Digital Competences,” clearly reflects the project’s focus on supporting adults in developing practical digital and artificial intelligence skills.
About the AI Skills Hub Project
AI Skills Hub aims to equip adult workers, trainers, educators, NGO professionals and other adult learners with essential knowledge about artificial intelligence and its practical use in education and professional life.
The project will provide participants with opportunities to learn how to use AI tools for:
- creating written and visual content;
- producing videos and digital communication materials;
- improving presentations and social media communication;
- supporting project management and task organisation;
- developing inclusive and personalised learning materials;
- applying AI responsibly and ethically.
An important focus of the project will be helping adults understand not only the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, but also the possible risks connected to privacy, data sharing, bias and the responsible use of AI-generated content.
Main Project Activities
One of the main activities will be the organisation of 15 local AI literacy workshops, with five workshops conducted by each partner in Bulgaria, Romania and Poland.
The workshops will be organised in the partners’ national languages and will cover topics such as an introduction to artificial intelligence, AI tools for content creation, AI in communication, digital project management and the ethical use of artificial intelligence.
A minimum of 150 adult learners will be trained across the three participating countries.
The project will also include national AI-powered hackathons. During these activities, participants will work in teams to create practical digital materials using artificial intelligence, including images, videos, reels, flyers, campaign materials, website content and social media posts.
Another important result will be the development of the “AI Essentials Guide: Transforming Adult Learning & Work.” The guide will provide practical, step-by-step information on using AI tools in adult education and professional activities. It will be published in English, Bulgarian, Romanian and Polish and will be made freely available online.
The Role of EDU TECH GRYPHON DISCOVERIES Romania
EDU TECH GRYPHON DISCOVERIES Romania will have an important role in the implementation of the project.
The organisation will lead the local AI literacy workshop activity and will organise five workshops in Romania for adult learners, trainers, NGO representatives and professionals interested in developing their digital competences.
EDU TECH will also host the international workshop in Romania dedicated to developing the AI Essentials Guide. During this activity, representatives of the three partner organisations will agree on the structure, content and responsibilities for preparing the guide.
In addition, the Romanian partner will contribute to dissemination, participant evaluation, the development of AI learning materials and the promotion of the project among adult education organisations, NGOs, universities, vocational education institutions and local communities.
A New Step Towards Inclusive Digital Education
The approval of the AI Skills Hub project represents an important step towards making artificial intelligence education more accessible to adults from different professional and social backgrounds.
Through international cooperation, practical workshops, digital resources and the exchange of experience, the project will help adults develop the confidence and competences needed to use AI effectively, creatively and responsibly.
The selection of the official logo during the first Transnational Project Meeting in Bulgaria marked the beginning of the project’s common identity and communication activities. It reflects the shared commitment of the three partner organisations to supporting innovation, inclusion and digital transformation in adult education.
